It's time to Truly Live by the Beat of Our Own Drum.. so often we find ourselves living to check off "boxes" in order to Please Others, as we (at times) deceive ourselves into thinking it's our happiness too, or simply put.. We're just being nice.. In my case... TOO nice lol, but, let's be real... it's just to get a quick approval or temporary acceptance by folks not even worthy of Our Time and Energy. So please, start Living Your Life and Put Yourself First, only then, will the "Disease to Please" will be Cured lol... it's ok to be nice and helpful, but find a healthy balance, Remember, there will be 2 types of people that are in Your Space... 1) Those who are dead weight and will always weigh you down or 2) Those that will give You Wings... to fly and expand.. so Choose Wisely on who You'll allow in your Space.. Those that will control your Music.. or Those that will Support your Lyrics and Be a part of the Band. ❤❤❤

Dear Linda,
Whewwww....41 years of Self Inventory and Self Reflection... Lord Help Me..🙏🏽🤣.. But What a Blessing..!!! This past year flew by so fast without Hesitations and with it's Perfect blend of GREATNESS, the not so Greatness and Everything in between. I've lost a few Amazinggggg Friends, yet Gained a Few up Above... I've made New Friends, yet, even More Blessed to Have Old Friends. My Boys are still The Most Important Why's, Drive and Purpose in my life, As they Thrive Up Individually, yet, it's still hard to see them as "Grown Ups" 🤣...I've been hurt, but I've been Loved.. All this to say, Life Is A Blessing Within Itself.. The Power to Choose is the secret to Balance...Love is the Ultimate Power to Conquer All...so Choose Wisely..Forgive Often so You Can Love More and Most Importantly, Love Yourself Enough to be Unbothered by those that arent EQUALLY Yoked. (This statement is applicable on all areas of life. 🤗🤷🏻‍♀️)
My goal for this next Chapter is to focus a tad more on me.. I've lived with the "Disease to Please" for Toooooo Long...so I think I'm slowly getting Cured🤣🤣🤣 Honestly, because of how I am.. it's hard to say I'm Unbothered because I love to see people win, but no longer at my expense...buuuuuut....I'm gonna Learn how to be A little Unbothered until I can be Great at it lol..

Everyday, We're constantly justifying someone's actions which defaults in Our own actions.. We exhaust Ourselves into making sure "Everyone's" happy in a simple pursuit of Our Own Happiness because We Yearn for that Unity, that Bond, that Reciprocity... yet, We get left on "E" because "they" no longer need us, therefore, everything We Yearned for is forfeited. I get it, it gets old, but Don't be Angry nor Upset, Rather, Be Happy because it's a part of Your journey.. You did it because that's within Your Heart.. To me it means that we Celebrate Our Women Across the Globe... As We Lift Them and Learn These Amazinggggg Phenoms, We Embrace Their Culture, Share Their Struggles, Applaud Their Strengths, Admire Their Vulnerability, Acknowledge Their Resilience, Be Their Encouragement, Lend a Heart for Their Comfort, Feel Their Touch, Brighten Their Smile, Cherish Their Love and Protect Their Legacy. Simply put, by Celebrating these Women, all they need are the intangibles that cost Nothing...Respect, Appreciation, Trust and Love.

No matter what is going on in this world or in Our Lives, it costs Us NOTHING to give Each Other Love, Loyalty and Respect... I've experienced so much in my life, probably more negative than Positives, yet, all I Yearn, Desire and Give, is Love and Kindness. I've been used, abused and taken for granted... I've been lied to, cheated on, disrespected... Yet, all I do is Forgive and Give it to God... I've cried in secret and wanted to break so many times, yet, the World sees and receives the Well Put Me..the Me that isn't allowed hurt, imperfections or mistakes and that's ok too because that's the Good and God inside me.. That's called "The Blessing of Not looking like what I went or am going thru." I get it..we live in a world that lost it's way of "Simplicities" and "Cherished Moments" instead, it's a "World of Competition", "Who's Better," "Who's Richer," "Who's experienced the Worse more," "Who has to be backstabbed in order for One to "
"Greater Than.." instead of "Loving thy Neighbor." YES..I Agree, there's still a Sprinkle of Goodness out here.. but All this to say..."Please stop Assuming, rather Human-Up and JUST ASK...Know for Yourself..Stop riding the bandwagon of hate and jealousy...rather..Ask for help or clarity and be Blessed if not, a Blessing..Be Kind..Be Love..and Be the Light..." "Love Is..."
Love is something people say,
But, do they mean it?
Love is so Powerful and Super Special,
Yet, People Abuse it.
Love is often defined as Patient, Understanding and Unconditional,
Yet, People take those for Granted..
Love is Yearned, Needed and Desired,
But so many have been scared, hurt and abandoned,
Love is So Amazing that it Should be Simple and Fun,
Yet, Egos, Greed and Insecurities creeps in,
Love is constantly to be Redefined, Customized and in Pursuit everyday according to One's journey of Love,
Yet, Some folks keep giving up and run away,
With all that Love Is or Isn't,
I believe Love is a Magical Super Power that's within Us and Most Importantly,
That Love Conquers All,
I say All this to say, Cherish Each Moment that You're Blessed with Love whether it be temporary or forever, Stop with the Egos and Pride, Create Your Own Rules, Forgive Always and Just Love,
Appreciate the heartaches of Your Love journey as it creates a Deeper Appreciation for Love for it allows You to identify what You Will or won't, what You Do or don't❤
