Our organization works in partnership with Chevron's oil and gas community outreach initiatives and uses the name "Chevron Volunteers" because many of our supporters and donors volunteer their time and resources to help fund specific crowdfunding campaigns.
Some people ask why we charge a promotion fee. The reason is that successful fundraising requires professional campaign management. This includes creating promotional banners, developing campaign materials, and conducting ongoing outreach to potential donors. These efforts help donors better understand the campaign's purpose, urgency, and impact.
In addition, our team continuously promotes campaigns and provides regular updates to potential supporters until the fundraising goal is achieved. These activities involve time, expertise, and resources, which is why promotional services may involve a fee.
