40 pound difference here. Bulked up way too much. So it took way too long to get here.

We're not done yet either. Another 10 pounds or so to go. Then we reevaluate.

Dedicated. Disciplined. Diligent.

Don't get caught up on when. S**t will happen when it's supposed to.

Don't focus so much on the outcome. You miss the important details, causing the journey to extend to the point of wanting to give up.

Don't start without a plan. Fail to plan, and you will surely fail.

Line it all up, and chip away until there's nothing left 💯

Social media is way too trendy. You can tell who's being genuine and who's clout chasing.

Have your fun, but choose your consumption wisely.

When the ideas hit, act on them. Don't let them sit for too long or you'll risk forgetting it.
