Real leadership isn’t about how many people follow you — it’s about how many you serve.

Giving back isn’t charity… it’s character.
When a man steps into service, he steps out of his ego.
He remembers what matters.
He reconnects with his heart.
He becomes the kind of leader his family, his brothers, and his community can trust.

Service builds humility.
It sharpens empathy.
It forges strength through compassion.

So find a way to give back — feed the hungry, mentor the youth, pick up a broom, or just sit with someone who’s struggling.
Do it not for the applause, but because leadership demands it.

When men serve, they rise together.

Most men out here are walking around in grown-ass bodies…
but still showing up like little boys.
Dodging responsibility.
Numbing out.
Throwing tantrums instead of leading.

And yeah — it’s not our fault. Nobody handed us the damn tools.
We weren’t taught how to regulate our emotions, how to lead with strength, or how to love with presence.

But here’s the truth:
👉 It is your responsibility to grow the f**k up.
👉 It is your responsibility to get the tools.
👉 It is your responsibility to stop being the boy and step into the man your family, your woman, your business, and this world f**king needs.

No more excuses.

We were chopping it up about asking for what you want — and here’s the truth bomb that landed hard:

If you don’t honor your want, you’re rejecting yourself.

I wanted to ask Trip to come on our IG Live — and I was nervous. My mind started spinning:
What if he says no? What if I’m not “big enough” yet?
But I didn’t let that noise run the show.
I honored my want.
I asked.
And he said yes. And it turned into a badass convo.

Here’s the deeper lesson:
If someone says no to your ask — for a date, a raise, an opportunity — it doesn’t mean you are rejected.
