Jim Neil has been a “sports nut” since he was a kid.

The co-founder and CEO of Dallas-based real estate investment firm Churchill Capital Company played soccer in the ‘70s and hoped to get involved in sports at some point.

Cesar Pascual Orozco was handed over to the Garland Police Department, and is now facing a murder charge, an FBI Dallas Field Office release said.

He was indicted by a Dallas County grand jury for intentionally causing the death of Joe Castillo with a firearm, the release said.

On March 14, 2009, Garland officers found 26-year-old Joe Castillo deceased with multiple gunshot wounds.

In the mid-‘80s, when Charey Pride’s voice was still at its velvety peak, he cut this gorgeous 10-song homage to Brook Benton, an under-sung R&B crooner from the ‘50s and ‘60s. Then he put the album on a shelf in his Dallas storage space, where it sat and sat.

Chalk it up to bad timing.

"'Poison pill' policy riders have become a perennial obstacle to both stopgap and long-term deals to fund our government — raising the risk of government shutdowns that nobody in either party wants," writes David Rosen.

"So far this year, House Republicans have added more than 325 poison pill riders to their draft spending bills. I know, because right now I’m the guy in all of Washington who’s in charge of finding and cataloging them."
