5 Event. 5 States. 1 Month. Thousands of Miles. Zero issues.

May was a beast—in the best way.

We kicked off the tour in Times Square, rolled through Miami, Houston, Seattle, and wrapped it all up last night on Hollywood Blvd in LA.

That’s five cities across the country, every corner.
Massive shows. Tight timelines.
And not a single hiccup in our teams.

Turning Vision into Impact

This wasn’t something the client had in mind—this was something we brought to life. They came to us desiring an elevated experience, and our team saw the opportunity to create something unique for them.

Wasn’t the common upgrade on a lighting package or up lit pipe and drape. 😜

From concept to ex*****on, we designed and built a custom stage set using creativity, Vectorworks, CNC machining, and then a custom painted finish to match their branding guidelines.

The result? A show-stopping centerpiece that made their event a huge hit.

The attendees stood in line to take pictures in front of the set design.

What a way to kick off the new year! 🎉 Big thanks to our amazing client, who we consider part of the F.O.H. family, for trusting us with this very meticulous event.

We started planning this thing back in February, but the real fun began on December 23rd, when we started loading in rigging (because who doesn’t love rigging right before Christmas?).

After a quick breather for Christmas, we were back at it on the 26th, putting up 100+ points of rigging and hundreds of feet of truss—all packed into five semi trucks of gear. Yes, five.🤪

This was a four-day event with breakout rooms and a vary large general session room, serving up some serious energy.

We averaged over 9,000 attendees for the evening services, and by NYE, we had a sold-out crowd of 15,000.

From start to finish, this event was a whirlwind of creativity, hard work, and a whole lot of love. We couldn’t have done it without our rockstar team and incredible client—thank you for believing in us and making this unforgettable experience happen!

Here’s to more epic moments, insane setups, and absolutely no more holiday rigging in 2025. 😉
