My top 5 quick & easy recovery tips after the gym 💪✨

Recovery is where the magic actually happens.
Your body gets stronger, builds muscle, balances hormones, and improves performance AFTER the workout — not during it 👏

Here are my non-negotiables after training:

1️⃣ Protein ASAP
I always try to get a high-protein meal or shake after my workout to help muscle recovery and keep me full longer.

2️⃣ Hydrate + electrolytes
Most people are way more dehydrated than they think. Water + electrolytes make a huge difference in energy, recovery, and headaches.

3️⃣ Walk & stretch
Even 10 minutes helps reduce stiffness and keeps my body feeling good instead of sore and tight.

4️⃣ Don’t skip carbs
Your muscles need glycogen replenishment after workouts. Clean carbs can actually HELP recovery and performance 🍠🍚🍌

5️⃣ Prioritize sleep
The best recovery “supplement” is still sleep 😴
No recovery routine can outwork poor sleep.

Fitness isn’t just about training hard… it’s also about recovering smart 🤍

My rule number 1 – protein first! 💪🏼

Always make sure you reach your daily protein goal, because it’s the foundation for fat loss, muscle tone, stable energy, and keeping you full (aka no random snacking all day 👀).

Here are my go-to, easy protein staples (see pics 👇🏼):

• – Cottage Cheese → 14g protein per serving
• – Greek Yogurt → 22g protein per serving
• – Beef Sticks → 10g protein per stick
• – Phormula-1 Protein → ~25g protein per scoop
• – Protein Shake → 25g protein per serving

And ALWAYS… I keep a few hard-boiled eggs in my fridge just in case → 6g protein each 🥚 (my emergency mom snack 😂)

Simple, clean, high-protein options = staying on track without overthinking it.
