It’s Demo Day at our latest project—and this one’s a doozy. We were given a distressed property that needs everything—septic to foundation, inside and out. A true “before” that most would walk away from. But not us.
What others see as a disaster, we see as opportunity.
Behind the crumbling walls, outdated fixtures and worn-out finishes lies potential. And today, we swing the first hammers in the transformation—ripping out the old to make room for the new. The goal? To turn this forgotten space into a diamond of the neighborhood.
From demolition to rebirth, this property will undergo a complete renovation. Septic, foundation, HVAC, walls, flooring—you name it, it’s getting redone. The vision is bold, but the results will be beautiful.
