Over the last 2 weeks my grief has been met with grace. My tears with laughter. My sorrow with hope…and an inexplainable peace knowing my papa has been told “Well done, good and faithful servant.” And because of this, our family met mourning with worship & thanksgiving.

Time will never heal this type of pain, but it’s an unspeakable joy and honor to bear the weight of your legacy of faith, integrity, kindness, purpose, godly wisdom, discipline, and unwavering work ethic.

The Legacy of Esther’s Daughters. Any good you see in me is because of the intentionality and love of Christ shining through them.

My Gammy (Esther) transparently talks about how her relationship with her mom, my Great Grandma Mary, was not all rainbows & butterflies. But it was through their ups and downs that she made the conscious decision to make a change in how she would raise her own daughters - With love and intentionality. And because of her choice, these principles continue down to my mother to me, to our children and for generations to come 🙌🏽 God’s favor is on us!

Forever grateful for your choice, Gam. Eternally grateful for our bond, Mommy. I am privileged to have your beautiful examples for my own sweet girl. Happy Mother’s Day 🤍 I love you!!! So very much.
