She knows what it feels like to lose, to rebuild, and to live again. After a devastating late-term stillbirth and a long IVF journey, she found her joy again through her daughter, Stori Thyme. Professionally, Ebony is a Human Resources powerhouse and people strategist who develops emerging talent and coaches leaders to lead with both confidence and compassion. She teaches executives that arrogance and leadership can’t coexist, and she equips professionals — especially women navigating complex workplaces — to advocate for themselves without losing their peace. And when she’s home, Ebony is in her element. She builds spaces that feel like safety — through food, decor, conversation, and care. Everything she touches feels intentional and filled with love. Her brand is about more than content or career — it’s about wholeness. Hello, 4.0! Let me brag on God real quick.

My girl finished her first semester as a Bioengineering major with a 4.0. All while maintaining all Honors College requirements, community service, and interviewing for and landing roles as: NSBE Program Zone Intern, Biomedical Engineering Society's (BMES) President Intern and Honors Undergraduate Research Fellow.

To say I'm proud would be an understatement. She's officially classified as a Sophomore since all of her AP credits were approved and she did an 18-hour semester.

Keep handling your business, Zari NaLynn. Keep the main thing, the main thing—knowing God has you. Daddy and I are beaming. Your village is rooting for you and has your back. We love you and praise God for every ounce of your success. Without Him, we are nothing. Never lose sight of His grace.
