• First point of contact and communication through the first bid process with all new clients
• Works with existing customers to understand and mitigate customer service issues. o Inclu

des face to face contact for meetings with clients to close deals on open bids and/or gain understanding for reasons bids may have been lost
Assists with developing action plans to prevent future problems
Keeps both client and business owner aware of status within resolution process
o Controls communication with existing customers regarding problems on projects to ensure that solutions are in place and all communication is on a positive note
o Advises business owner and construction manager regarding marketing/pr considerations when dealing with problems on the project
o Advocates to help ensure client needs are understood
• Meets with clients at the end of a project to discuss completion/satisfaction and set expectations for invoicing and payment
o Communicates with staff to resolve all client issues
o Sends client appreciation gift and/or conducts in person lunch, etc.
• Coordinates client appreciation gifts and promotional items
• Represents the company at trade shows and industry organization events
o Conceives innovative attention getting concepts for booth presentation
o Updates corporate contacts and mailing lists with new client information
• Networks to acquire potential clients, references, and vendors

MARKETING
• Conception of content for web and social media
• Graphic design and writing content for web, email and social media
• Graphic design and writing for printed media and advertisement
• Collaboration with outside content ex*****on vendors for web and video and new media advertisements to advance brand image
• Research and purchasing of advertising media with approval from owner/office manager
• Manages email marketing list and sends out e-newsletters and relationship marketing emails
• Works with project supervisor to obtain photos and data about construction projects to be used for marketing purposes
o May include on-site visits to take photos and gather information from owner/property manager and field employees

PUBLIC RELATIONS
• Manages public image of the company through control of external communication on B2B and public level
o Reviews verbiage on formal bids, client service emails, and information being released to the public to ensure brand appropriateness before delivery
o Writes and distributes press releases
o Coordinates ex*****on/presentation for client appreciation and publicity events
• Advises business owner regarding communications with client that positively or negatively impact client perception of the company
• Monitors company image online and via other media
o Publicizes positive feedback
o Attempts to mitigate negative impact of outside communications regarding the company

ADMINISTRATIVE
• Answers corporate office phone and directs calls as needed
• Maintains project status report and collaborates with staff to ensure projects and bids are moving forward as needed
• Assists with researching pricing on construction materials as needed
• Transcription of data from recording to bid format
• Assists with facilitation of communication between staff, business owner and clients as needed

In tribute to the 1 year anniversary of the passing of beloved singer/songwriter and actress Whitney Houston, Studio Movie Grill hosted a special Girls' Night Out Screening of The Bodyguard. E&J Gallo supported our Homage to Whitney with a free tasting of their Apothic Red wine at SMG Spring Valley.
