BARRY CORBIN TO STAR IN NEW APPLE TV+ COMEDY SERIES ‘BROTHERS’
Veteran Texas Actor Joins Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson in the Highly Anticipated Comedy Premiering September 23.
Apple TV+ has announced that beloved veteran actor Barry Corbin (represented by Linda McAlister Talent) stars in its upcoming original comedy series, Brothers. The highly anticipated eight-episode series, which premieres globally on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, features Corbin, as Carl Travis, alongside fellow Texas icons Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson.
Filmed entirely on location in Austin, Brothers celebrated its official Los Angeles premiere this past Thursday, September 17, with a star-studded screening at the Billy Wilder Theater inside the Hammer Museum. Our Linda flew out to join in festivities (does she ever sleep?)
The production brings together top-tier industry talent behind the camera as well. Casting for the series was spearheaded by the award-winning powerhouse McCarthy / Abellera Casting in Los Angeles, with acclaimed local casting director Vicky Boone securing authentic Texas talent.
Brothers begins streaming its first two episodes this Wednesday on Apple TV+, with new episodes dropping weekly.
