So much depression these days. We get stuck inside our own heads. Sometimes the best way out is to step outside of ourselves — to pray for someone, to do something kind for someone else. I’ve learned this the hard way: helping others and lifting them up also lifts you. It’s not always easy, but it’s the adult way. 🙏❤️
