She got the call! Please pray to guide the hearts, minds, and hands of her surgical team and nurses. Pray for no complications, for healing ,and for renewed breath. I am in awe of her faith and strength. It has carried her through this journey and has inspired mine. We also ask that you please pray for the donor’s family. We are forever thankful for their selfless act and courage to donate life in their time of loss.

It is with a heavy heart that I share the sad news of Michael Milani aka Giovanni Milani’s passing. Five years ago, Milani bravely sat down with us to tell his incredible story—a story of survival, strength, and resilience through unimaginable hardships.

Today, we are re-releasing both episodes in his honor, to ensure that his voice and experiences continue to be heard. Milani had a huge heart and always tried to help others avoid the dark paths he was forced to walk. His honesty, humor, and courage will forever stay with us.

Rest in peace, Milani. Your story will never be forgotten. We love you dearly.
