‼️ Arrest for S*xually Assaulting a Child and Failure to Register as a S*x Offender in Rains County‼️

Jerry Lynn Gurley, born on December 22, 1959, was also arrested by the Rains County Sheriff's Office on January 6, 2025, facing three charges:
1) Aggravated S*xual Assault of a Child, with a bond set at $500,000.
2) Failure to Register as a S*x Offender, with a bond of $500,000.
3) Aggravated S*xual Assault of a Child, with a bond amounting to $650,000.

On January 12, 2025, at approximately 7:35 PM, narcotics investigators from the Henderson County Sheriff's Office, including Jonathan Barrios, Jonathan Daille, and Brad Beddingfield, along with additional investigators, K-9 units, and deputies, executed a narcotics search warrant in the City of Athens on East Tyler Street. This warrant was authorized by Judge Scott McKee of the 392nd Judicial District.

During the operation, the following individuals were present at the residence or on the property: Major Codee-Ray Kenas, Amber Simone Van, Jesse Aaron Shoemake, Lisa Joann McKee, Robert Wayne Hollaway, Eric Weldon Frazier, and Bianca Jean Adams.

The search revealed a quantity of m**hamphetamine packaged for distribution, along with various baggies, scales, and syringes.

All seven individuals were arrested and taken to the Henderson County Detention Center, where they were booked on the following charges:

Major Codee-Ray Kenas - Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance
Amber Simone Van - Possession of a Controlled Substance and Active Warrants
Jesse Aaron Shoemake - Possession of a Controlled Substance and Active Warrants
Robert Wayne Hollaway - Possession of Ma*****na and Active Warrants
Eric Weldon Frazier - Tampering with Evidence and Possession of a Controlled Substance
Bianca Jean Adams - Active Warrants
Lisa Joann McKee - Active Warrants

Reality television star Chase Chrisley was arrested after allegedly slapping a bar manager in Atlanta on Monday.

Chrisley, the son of Todd and Julie Chrisley and star of “Chrisley Knows Best” and “Growing Up Chrisley,” allegedly slapped a manager at Twin Peaks off Piedmont Road Northeast in Atlanta on Monday.

According to the police report, Chrisley was “really drunk” and started acting “very disrespectful” and “belligerent.” When the bar manager asked him to leave, Chrisley allegedly refused and slapped him twice in the face.
