🌊 I Took This Picture… and It Stopped Me. đź’
Two boats. A calm blue sea.
No rush. No noise. Just peace.
When I took this photo, I felt something in my spirit, a gentle reminder that stillness isn’t failure.
I’m learning that slowing down doesn’t mean I’ve lost direction. Sometimes it means I’m finding alignment.
I don’t share this as someone who has arrived.
I’m still pressing toward it, learning to honor rest, value time, and choose presence over performance. 🌿
Because the truth is, he who controls your time controls your life. ⏳
And time, not money, is the most valuable resource we have.
You can recover from a financial loss, but you can never recover lost time.
Yet, we live in a world that glorifies busyness.
We wear “I’m so busy” like a badge of honor.
But busyness doesn’t always mean progress.
Sometimes it means we’ve lost control.
We get so busy that we stop being home in ourselves.
We miss laughter at dinner tables. We postpone joy. We put love on hold.
A colleague once told me her little boy said,
“If we’re always working, when do we make memories together?”
That question still echoes in my heart. đź’”
Our children want more of us.
Our families want more of us.
And truthfully, we want more of ourselves.
That’s why I’m so grateful for this digital business journey.
Not because I’ve mastered it, but because it’s teaching me how to own my time, build in peace, and live with purpose.
It’s not about perfection; it’s about progress.
It’s about reclaiming the power to be fully present in the life God has blessed us with.
When God gives you wisdom to create wealth, He’s also inviting you to steward time — to live, to rest, to breathe again. 🙏🏽
Room wasn’t built in a day, and neither is freedom.
But every day, I’m pressing toward it, one prayer, one choice, one quiet moment at a time. 🌊💻
