The MVP Sicilian with pepperoni and hot honey (inspo from Krispy Pizza ). Sorry for all the hot honey haters out there, I love it. And it absolutely crushes on this combo.

Pizza guy takes on a Cuban sandwich crawl in Miami for market research! What an amazing day spending it with Hat Creek Burger Company and the crew to help bring a Cuban Sandwich to their menu back in Texas.

I’d like to think I understand the balance of bread, meat, cheese and quality ingredients. All places used the same ingredients essentially but were vastly different. The stand out for me was Sanguich. They nailed every aspect of the Cuban.

I know Hat Creek is going to put an awesome twist on their own when it drops this weekend! Can’t wait to try it!

I’ve never been a stuffed crust lover, but my wife is. Honestly, it’s not bad. I’m man enough to admit I liked it 😂 Just need a few more attempts to work the kinks out.

One of these days I’ll get my wife on camera. Until then y’all can just keep trying to decide if she’s real or not 😂

Pepperoni, straciatella, hot honey and basil. My favorite combo, because plain cheese is not a combo.

The dough might have beeb on the verge of overproofed which would explain the stickiness. Not sure if it had anything to do with being frozen. But would also explain the tenderness and how beautifully it baked. Dough has a mind of its own sometimes!
