Tuna Salad Recipe Ingredients: 3 cans (140g each) of tuna in water, drained and shredded 2 large avocados, peeled, pitted and cut into larger cubes 1 English cucumber, cut into half moons 1 small red onion, finely sliced ¼ cup chopped parsley or cilantro ¼ cup olive oil Juice of 1 lemon Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste Preparation Method: Prepare the ingredients: Drain and shred the tuna, and place in a large bowl. Cut the avocados into larger cubes. Slice the cucumber into half moons. Finally slice a red onion. Chop the parsley or cilantro. Mix the ingredients: Add the shredded tuna, avocados, cucumber, red onion and chopped parsley or cilantro to the bowl. Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, mix olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. To combine: Drizzle the sauce over the tuna and vegetable mixture and mix gently to incorporate the flavors. Sir: Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving for a more refreshing option. Enjoy your delicious and refreshing tuna salad!
