It was hard but I rounded up my TOP 10 nontoxic products of 2025! Type BEST in the comments for a link to my top shelf products! 😍 not included in the video (bc gabby took them to school with her 🫠), the perfume in Dulce! It is my FAVORITE scent and totally nontoxic! 2025 was a great year of finding some nontoxic gems! Can’t wait to see what we find in 2026 👀🤩

Better swaps at Aldi on an affordable budget?! YES IT’S POSSIBLE! Healthy and organic food IS more expensive- and before you come for me- I don’t determine the prices or make the rules 😂. But these graphics are meant to help give you a starting point if you are looking to make some swaps in your fridge and pantry! You’ll notice the price difference for traditional vs organic isn’t THAT much more, but in my opinion- worth it if you can swing it!

Anyone else having SUPER dry skin these days?! 😫 Type SKIN in the comments and I’ll DM you the links to these nontoxic swaps!

🚩When looking for a lotion (or any product really) you want to stay away from products with undisclosed fragrance. Fragrance can contain hundreds of hormone disrupting chemicals 🙅🏽‍♀️

🚩Some of the avoid products contain Methylparaben. Parabens can mimic estrogen by binding to the estrogen receptors which can have effects on fertility, puberty and breast tissue.

🚩 PEGs are petroleum derived which can be contaminated with 1,4 dioxane- a known carcinogen.

🚩 Mineral Oil / Parrafin: Petroleum derived and be carcinogenic. Can accumulate in organs like the liver. Baby’s skin is super absorbent so def avoid with infants

🤧It’s that time of the year when all the germs come out to play 🦠. Type RX in the comments for a bunch of nontoxic medicine!

I HATE cold and flu season! But luckily there’s lots of nontoxic medicine to swap to that are incredibly effective and safe for everyone!

❌ I steer clear from medicine with artificial flavors, and sugar
❌ I try to avoid inflammatory foods and really focus on gut health to help speed up and fight off sickness
❌ Avoid anything with petroleum, artificial flavors/sweeteners and colors

I’m getting ready to host Christmas with my family and need to stock my fridge and pantry! These are pretty easy swaps to make because you can find almost all of these at Target or Walmart and even Amazon! These are “better” options and not all of them are perfect. Progress over perfection 💪🏾Remember, you don’t have to switch everything out all at once- the goal is 1% shifts! So when your butter runs out, just go for the better option since you have to buy more anyway! One swap at a time and soon you’ll notice how much better you’ll feel! These brands choose to be transparent in their fragrance ingredients and disclose everything! None of these are hormone disrupting which we love 👏🏾any of these would make great Christmas gifts or stocking stuffers and will arrive before Christmas- all in amazon! 5 minutes of me rambling about fragrances- if you’re still here…. I loveeeeee a good lip product 😍 and these are clean options which I love even more 🙌🏾 type LIPS in the comments and I’ll DM you the link for these!

🌿 Most of these options are nontoxic especially if there is no colorants in them
🌿 There are a few products in here I’d consider “lowtox” because they MAY contain some lake dyes. I try to avoid lake dyes as much as possible because they can have traces of heavy metals. But every other ingredient in the list is otherwise clean.
🌿 and are both totally nontoxic brands- even their colored products! They test all their colored products for heavy metals via third party testing 👏🏾 we love that, and it’s rare! 🙌🏾

I got the new shark glam to review and 🤯!!! I have never ever owned anything this luxe! Never tried the Dyson or the older Shark Flex. So this is totally new to me and ugh…. I’m HOOKED! It’s SOOOO good! If you have been eyeing this- take it from me, someone who SUCKS at doing hair… this is SO GOOD! A great Christmas present to yourself 😆🎁
