Stocking stuffers are the PERFECT way to introduce your teens to some nontoxic products! And luckily, I found some amazing products that they will love! I own many of these and my own teen steals them from me!

The pantry- the most used room in the entire house when you have a tween and a teen 😆😩 SEND HELP 😆 I have a strict “KITCHEN IS CLOSED” policy that starts at 8pm, because WHY DO THESE KIDS SNACK SO MUCH?! Anyways, since they are constantly in there, I wanted to show y’all some cleaner swaps you could make too! Remember you don’t have to run out and swap your whole pantry… that’s would be 💸. But when an item is runs out, make the swap then!

TEENS/TWEENS looking for nontoxic face cleaners? This is for you! Type FACE in the comments and I’ll DM ya a link to all the nontoxic cleaners for your kid!

What to look out for on the ingredient list 👀

❌ hormone disrupters: look out for phthalates that are usually hidden in labels. Think words like fragrance, parfum, aroma

❌ Parabens: this one is easy to spot. Look for words like methylPARABEN, or propylPARABEN. These are preservatives that are tied to hormone disruption.

❌ Fragrance : undisclosed fragrance can have thousands of hormone disrupting chemicals. Fragrance can also cause irritation in young sensitive skin.

We want to protect our kids hormones! Hopefully these swaps point you in the right direction!

All of these are SO delicious but without the artificial colors and some other bad ingredients.
Keep in mind, some of these are BETTER options- not perfect! But even swapping a couple bad ingredients for better ones can make a big difference!

It can be overwhelming (and expensive) to just go out and swap everything in your home to go the nontoxic route so hopefully this little graphic helps! I always encourage everyone to make ONE swap at a time l, only when your current product runs out! That way you’re not just dropping tons of cash and you’re not getting stressed out! These graphics serve to help you when you’re ready to swap! So be sure to save it and send to a friend!
