Ive made Chili Crisp Wings, infused chili crisp into a steak with sous vide…. But never this! It was amazing! If you want to make any requests for unique and interesting butters drop a comment! 1 stick of butter softened 1.5-2 tbsp of Chili Crisp 1 tbsp of chives Just combine all the ingredients into a nowl, mix well, then you can tranfer the butter mixture to cling wrap and roll into a log before putting it in the fridge to solidify! It should inly take 30-45 minutes! Next you can cook ip a steak to your preference! I went with a hot and fast cook over charcoal and it complimented the butter very well!

Ive seen these all over in the past month, and figured why not try a few myself! I had the idea for this version using the flavors from Caprese and i love… and it was incredible! Thawed Puff Pastry cut to size 1 tsp olive oil per pastry 1/4 tsp balsamic per pastry Thin sliced cherey tomatoes - 6 per pastry Fresh Mozzerella Pearls Thinly sliced basil Start by adding the olive oil and balsamic ti the parchment paper line sheet pan. Then layer in the thinly sliced tomatoes and top that off with mozzarella pearls. Then place your puff pastry on top, press down the edges with a fork, and bake for 15-20 minutes at 400F. When they come out of the oven, top it off with thinly sliced basil and balsamic glaze!

Replying to heres my favorite way to make bone marrow! Its simple and amazing! And as a bonus, here is an incredible compound butter recipe using it! 2 Marrow bone halves Salt and pepper 1 stick of softened butter 2-3 cloves of garlic minced 1/2 a diced shallot 1-2 tbsp of chopped parsley 1 roasted marrow bone Start by soaking your marrow bone in iced salt water over night to pull out any blood that may be present! Then preheat your smoker to 300F and remove the bones from the water, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper. Smoke or roast the bones for 40-50 minutes, be careful not to burn the marrow! You can serve over toast or use in things like the butter shown here! To make the butter, just combine all the ingredients above and mix until well combined! Serve with veggies, steak, or anything you want! Bones - N' Bone Smoker - Grills Knives and cutting board - 🔪

These pinwheels came out perfect! Ive never made them before and have seen so many people trying them out now that its grilling season! I decided to make some Bone Marrow and Gouda pinwheels myself! 1 skirt steak cut in half and pounded flat Marrow from one smoked/roasted marrow bone Salt and pepper 1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped 4-6 slices of Gouda Cheese Start by heating up your grill to 250-300F! While that comes up to temp, trim your Skirt steak and section it off before placing it between 2 pieces of parchment paper, cling wrap, or butcher paper and pounding it out until even and 1/4 in thin. Now you can scrap the bone marrow onto the skirt steak and soread it evenly across. This will be a binder and add amazing flavor! Then you can season with salt, pepper, and fresh thyme before placing down the cheese. Roll the skirt steak up from the bottom as tight as you can, and secure with Butchers twine and or skewers to make sure it holds its shape! Season the outside with salt and pepper, and get these on the grill! Cook them over the lower temp while turning often to ensure the cheese doesn’t melt out entirely. Once you get an internal temp of 115-120 you can add some wood chunks or raise the coals and sear them to finish up! Amazing for sure and highly recommend!! A fun summertime dessert twist on the upside down puff pastry trend!! These were a hit with the entire family! Im a huge fan of anything smores, and this didn’t disappoint! All youll need is your standard s’mores ingredients except use mini marshmallows instead of large ones! Load up the ingredients on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and then cover with your puff pastry, i used thawed and found it to work the best, and bake for 15-20 minutes at 400F Definitely give these a shot! They are so easy!

I was shopping at the new asian market near me, and had the idea to try this salt blend out! Szechuan Peppercorn Salt is now a mainstay in my kitchen haha! The sharp pepper kick combined with kosher salt is a win actoss the board! Just combine Equal Parts Szechuan Peppercorns and Coarse Kosher salt in a mortar and pestal. I like to start by grinding down the peppercorns first, then add the salt after the fact and grind them together for the perfect blend! Add it to you favorite cut of beef and cook your desired way! I put this through the Sous Vide to really see how the flavor could develop and it was amazing! Cutting board and knives - 🔪 Salt - coarse Kosher Sous Vide - Culinary

Ive been wanting to try these ever since i saw make them awhile back! Im a huge fan of Hot Honey anything and figured this would be a perfect opportunity to try out the CUTS Hot Honey Rub! Definitely give these a shot and feel free to experiment a hit! Its a blank canvas with tons of flavor potential and such an easy thing to make for any BBQ or Cookout!! 30 Club Crackers 10 pieces of Bacon cut in 1/3 BBQ rub of choice 4-5 tbsp brown sugar Hot honey to drizzle ’s Hot Honey Start by preheating your oven or smoker to 350F Then you can lay out your crackers on a cooling rack that you place on a lined baking sheet. Place a piece of your cut bacon on each cracker before adding your favorite bbq rub. Then you can too it off with some brown sugar on each cracker. Now we’re ready to toss these on the smoker/oven for 30 minutes or so! You want the bacon to get crispy and the sugar to caramelize! Finish them off with Hot honey and call it a day!! Mancuso

This experiment had me so excited! I love Gochujang, and this is actually made from that amongst a few other ingredients! Its very popular in Korean BBQ! Check out the end result because it absolutely suprised me! 😂 Normally im all about recommending my experiments to you all… however this was a very interesting end result! It smelled amazing, but it had a somewhat off taste to me. You may like it, but i couldnt eat more than one bite! Thankfully other people in the house didnt mind it 😂

I picked up these Prime Rib Sliders the other day at Sams Club the other day, and i saw the legend Golden Balance make something similar and had to throw down and make these! 12 3-4oz geound beef slider patties 1 pack of ’S HAWAIIAN rolls 2 sweet onions, thinly sliced 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup mayo 1/4 cup bbq sauce 2 tbsp mustard 6 pieces if Munster cheese Start by seasoning up the sliders with salt and pepper, then toss them on the smoker at 225 F until they hit an internal temp of 110 F. While those cook, lets head inside and start the caramelized onions! Bring a skillet up to medium low heat, and melt the butter with the olive oil. Add the thinly sloced onions along with the Worcestershire sauce and let these caramelize for 45-60 minutes! Once the sliders hit 110, take them out and toss them on the blackstone on high heat for 60 seconds per side to get a nice sear! Now we can build! Start with the Hawaiian rolls cut in half, add the caramelized onions, the sliders, a good amount of the sauce, munster cheese, and the cap it off with the top buns and toss it in the oven at 250 to let the cheese melt! Pull them apart, and enjoy!!
