1/2 tsp garlic powder⁣
1/2 tsp onion powder⁣

INSTRUCTIONS⁣
1. Preheat your smoker to 350° Fahrenheit.⁣
2. Shape your ground beef into 4 evenly sized patties.⁣
3. Mix up the seasoning mix and sprinkle it generously over both sides of the burger patties.⁣
4. Once the smoker is up to temperature, place burgers on to cook. Cook for 25-35 minutes, flipping halfway. Cooking for 30 minutes will result in medium burgers (moderately pink throughout). If you want no pink in your burgers, cook them the full 35 minutes or longer.⁣
