The mile world record, held for 27 years, has finally been broken! Josh Kerr's incredible performance is electrifying the sport. We're seeing new records fall across running, from the mile to marathons, for both men and women. It's an exciting time for endurance athletes!

Was on track for a sub-9-minute steeple, but a fall on the final water pit cost me. Still managed a personal record with a 9:09 finish. Senior year focus and extra mileage paid off.

Training for that one marathon comes with huge expectations. Unlike half marathons, you can't race them frequently without risking injury. Every mile and workout builds your endurance and ability to handle the load.
