I didn’t gain the weight overnight, and I didn’t lose it overnight either. It took time, patience, discipline, and learning how to keep showing up for myself even on the hard days.

There was a time when I dreaded working out. Now, the gym has become my peace. Instead of turning to food when I’m stressed, I turn to movement. I turn to the place that reminds me how strong I really am.

I celebrate every milestone, no matter the size, as a testament to my progress and a reminder that every step forward is a step closer to my goals. Three years ago, I was severely limited by my weight. I could barely walk. Today, I ran 2 miles non-stop. ❤️❤️❤️
