2 lavs , 1 Boom, wireless feed to 3 cameras , the lightest rig Coin Operated Sound has used to date .
Very impressed by the versatility of the Sound Devices Mix Pre 3,, always will have love in my heart for SD but That zaxcom announcement has me flirting with the dark side of the force .

Added these graintex ripstop canvas tool bags to my setup . It easily holds an entire kits worth of . Batteries , cables , wireless mics.
Also great for an A2 for keeping track of wireless packs/pouch/mic assignments
(I also put excess pick/pull in the bottom of each pouch for padding )

Coin Operated Sound/ Codi Putman at Toyota auto museum interviews giving me all the ambience .

It's only 65dB of constant a/c noise , but I'll hit em with the room tone 🤓😓😥🤫 and every other trick in the book . ( I may have even borrowed a cardioid lav from the house av team )

Anytime there are kids+downtime on set I(Codi Putman)take it upon myself to indoctrinate them into the Audio world .

( maybe develop a keen interest in the arts ? )
(Or at the very least then I can cajole them into being quiet during interviews/room tone)

*Also I'm kind of jealous of his Paw Patrol headphones

Working on a documentary today , multiple locations, 1 lav , 1 boom .. no RF issues because
Wideband wireless FTW?!!!? Codi Putman giving the kit a well needed tune-up by adding some vital components. Makes for a well-adjusted sound person as well the exceptionally better sound/signal quality
