Sometimes, it starts with something as simple as being kind.

Thank the person serving your coffee. Let someone know they're doing a great job. Give a genuine compliment. Take a moment to notice when someone might be having a tough day.

We never really know what another person is going through behind the scenes. But a little kindness can change the way someone feels, even if it's just for a moment.

I believe we need more of that in our everyday lives.

The next time you make that coffee run, remember you're interacting with a person, not just placing an order.
