Customer: There’s a raccoon stuck in our church, can you help??

EICC: How long has this raccoon been ‘stuck’ and how bad is the damage??

Customer: About 2 months, it even had babies!! The damage is mostly in the ceiling and some urine on the floor. We have walked the entire perimeter and there are 0 places for a raccoon to get in, it had to come in when we had a potluck 2 months ago. We put out a live trap with marshmallows but it hasn’t paid any attention to it.

EICC: We have an idea where to put a trap, should have it by morning.
