🍁 Why Fall Will Always Have My Heart 🍁

This photograph takes me back to October 2009, when I captured this beautiful autumn scene with my very first camera—a Fuji FinePix. 📷

This was taken at Aullwood Audubon Farm, Dayton, Ohio—a place I’ve always loved visiting. The beautiful scenery, the changing leaves, and all the animals make it such a special place to spend time.

Looking at this photograph all these years later reminds me why fall has always been my favorite season. There is something about the colors, the crispness in the air, and the beauty of God’s creation that makes me want to stop, look, and simply take it all in. 🍂❤️

Some photographs capture a moment. Others preserve a memory.

Photographed October 2009 with my Fuji FinePix.

📸 MEMORIES BY MOLENE PHOTOGRAPHY

What if one portrait could tell six different stories? 📸✨

This started with one of my own photographs—a simple selfie taken while having a little fun with my favorite cowgirl hat. 🤠

From that original photograph, I explored six different expressions: serene, warm, joyful, thoughtful, playful, and confident.

The original photograph was taken by me. The variations shown here were created with AI-assisted editing.

I wanted to see how much personality could be expressed while keeping my original facial features and likeness as intact as possible.

And this little experiment reminded me of something I believe about photography:

Sometimes it’s not about changing who you are. It’s about discovering another way to see yourself.

This is just one example of the creative possibilities that can happen when photography and today’s technology meet.

Same you. New possibilities. ❤️

I know… I’m rushing the seasons. 🍂🍁

But when you see golden leaves glowing in the sunlight, can you really blame me?

Fall has always had a way of slowing me down, drawing me outside, and reminding me to pay attention to the beauty right in front of me.

So, consider this my little “I’m ready when you are” message to autumn. 😂🍂

Come on, Fall… I’m waiting.

🚘❤️ You Never Get Too Old…

I guess my love for classic and muscle cars shouldn’t surprise anyone.

I grew up with mechanics for uncles. One of my uncles was a race car driver, and as a little girl, I would go to Kil-Kare Raceway and watch him race while his brothers worked as part of the pit crew.

I also remember watching my uncle work on his cars. I was fascinated by the tools, the engines, the sound, and all the work that went into making those cars run.

I guess you could say I grew up with a doll baby in one hand and a wrench in the other. 😂❤️🔧

So maybe my love of photographing classic and muscle cars isn’t just a hobby.

Maybe it’s a little piece of where I came from.

This photo takes me back to around 2013, when I was out with my Canon Rebel doing what I love—photographing beautiful cars that caught my eye.

And here I am all these years later, still smiling when I see a classic or muscle car.

You never get too old to love your classics.

Because some passions don’t go away.

They become part of your story. ❤️

Some photographs capture more than a moment—they capture a memory. 💜

I took this photograph around Mother’s Day in 2014 with my Canon Rebel. I remember spending time with my mother that day, doing some of the things we enjoyed together. She was nearby while I photographed this beautiful, rain-kissed flower.

Purple has always been one of my favorite colors, and those raindrops caught my eye immediately. Looking at this photograph now, all these years later, I realize I captured more than a flower that day.

I captured a little piece of a beautiful memory with my mother. 💜🌸💧
