Dayton Diaper Fairy The Dayton Diaper Fairy is an idea that was started by my mom Susan. She was a great woman and always loved people but especially babies.

Had to get some blood work for regular dr visit. Was waiting in the lobby and a young lady with 2 kids came in. Had to go out to the car to get a card because i didn't have one on me but we were all waiting anyway. Got to play peek a boo accross the waiting room and listen to a little kid laughter. Watching a mom and the kids smiling and playing and looking at the butterfly decorations on the wall. Was sweet to witness. I remember taking the kids around town to places and how I sometimes felt rushed and didnt get to enjoy the moments. I got to smile a lot this morning remembering those times in a different view. If you have littles enjoy the journey. Who would have though bloodwork could be so much fun.

Been awhile since we posted but we have been going out regularly. The last few days I stopped by Krogers a couple times and have found a few people walking around with babies. Also been seeing many with young kids out of diapers. Been great to see so many moms and dad's out with their kids. Remember mom's and dad's the kids aren't looking for perfection in you just that you love and care for them. If you have 5 minutes look at the attached video and share your thoughts below. Today was a new experience for the Diaper Fairy. We had some friends ask if they could go with us - so thank you to Allan and Beth for being deputised diaper fairys. We went to Meijer in Kettering and found 3 different people with kids. Actually one was hanging out in their mom's "womb" but looks to be out in the near future. Then we went out to eat and there was another family with a little one so ended up finding a total of 4 people and got to have some food and fun long the way.

On this Mother's Day we want to wish all the mothers a Happy Mother's Day. Also here is a picture of the original diape...

On this Mother's Day we want to wish all the mothers a Happy Mother's Day.

Also here is a picture of the original diaper fairy. Mom and dad started this quite awhile ago.

If your mom is still around hug her tight and tell her you lover her. If she needs help with technology or something help her and remember she had to teach you how to use a spoon so be patient.

If your a mom dealing with young kids enjoy them and build those memories. You're doing a great job and you dont need to be perfect. Give yourself the same love and grace you give to the kids. Your job is so important and invaluable.
