Happy Birthday, Lauren!

When it comes to the people who mean the most to me, the words never come easy and is at the very top of that list.

She’s been my right hand, my borrowed brain when mine checks out, my shoulder when I’ve needed it most, and the one and only person I’ll share chicken nuggets with. Lauren isn’t perfect, she does shoot with a Nikon, but every good thing about her more than makes up for it.

Happy birthday, Lauren. Thank you for everything you are and everything you do. I love you simply for being you.

2025 showed up and changed us in the best ways. 🤍

More family at the table, more music in the air, and more moments that turned into memories we’ll carry for a long time. From songs shared shoulder-to-shoulder to events that reminded us why we started Southern Fellow in the first place… this year shaped us.

Community showed up. Artists trusted us. Friends became family.
And together, we made something real.

To everyone who played, listened, supported, showed up early, stayed late, and believed in what we’re building, you did it.

This thing we’ve built only exists because of you the listeners, the songwriters, the believers who showed up, leaned in, and made space for the music and for each other. What started as an idea became a family because you chose it. I’m endlessly grateful for every voice, every story, every moment shared. Wishing you a Christmas full of warmth, peace, and joy.

The Southern Fellow concept was seeded at a very young age. Growing up on a ranch in Florida I developed a true respect for food. It was only elevated by learning to cook for our large extended family. Here I am now years later and that seed at turned into a tree with many branches. With each branch being as different as the next, I bring you Southern Fellow. A collection of recipes, music and ideas to feed your soul. Together we can grow in understanding on how food and music enhances the human experience. Please share our recipes and featured music with your family and friends.
