DLKA Transport is looking for ONE BAD ASS OTR NON-CDL DRIVER to add to the squad! 💪🚛
We’re not looking for someone who just wants another driving job. We’re looking for someone who wants an opportunity to grow, make money, and potentially build their own trucking business.
💰 PAY & SCHEDULE
🔥 20% of the gross revenue generated by your truck
🔥 3 weeks OTR / 3–4 days home
🔥 Independent contractor position
🔥 Consistent OTR freight
🚛 THE OPPORTUNITY
Put in 12 months with DLKA Transport and qualified drivers will have the opportunity to lease on as an Owner Operator and gain access to benefits we WILL NOT offer to startup Owner Operators coming in off the street, including:

⚠️ WHAT WE REQUIRE
✔️ Experience pulling 40’ gooseneck trailers
✔️ Strong load securement experience
✔️ Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
✔️ Drug & alcohol free
✔️ Strong work ethic
✔️ Dependable and responsible
✔️ Go-getter attitude
✔️ Must be willing and able to stay OTR for 3 weeks at a time
