Motherhood and adulthood got the best of me this week lol

here is my health journey, journal update for you all keeping track 😉

I don’t usually post personal things like this, but I felt like this was worth sharing.

A couple of months ago, I was tired all the time, frustrated with my weight and honestly starting to wonder if things were ever going to change.

I thought I just needed more willpower or another diet. I kept trying to eat less, start over every Monday and hope this time would be different.

It wasn’t.

Working with Luke Briggs and the Total Life Fitness team completely changed my approach!

Since joining Total Life Fitness, I’ve lost over 10 pounds and am figuring out how to eat better in the crazy busy schedules that my family has 💛

I hear that Total Life Fitness, is launching a 12-Week Fall Into Fitness Transformation Challenge starting on August 31 👀… If you are curious about it, you just need to join Total Life Fitness for access!

In the past 2 months, I’ve lost 10 pounds and it’s starting to show in my clothes! 🥹

I used to think that in order to lose weight, I had to give up all the foods I enjoy (I LOVE my carbs).

I tried limiting carbs for so many years, but it never really got me anywhere.

I’m so glad I found Luke Briggs and the Total Life Fitness team. Now I found ways to increase my protein (which I only like limited types) and fit the foods that I love into my meal plan.
