🏡❤️ Great News for Residents Impacted by the July 2026 Storms in the Fox Valley!

The REALTORS® Association of Northeast Wisconsin (RANW) has received up to $150,000 from the NAR Relief Foundation to help households affected by the July storms in the Fox Valley.

Eligible households may receive up to $1,000 in relief assistance to help with housing-related expenses, including:

• One month of mortgage payments for homeowners
• New lease fees or one month of rent for displaced renters
• Hotel expenses
• Temporary housing payments made to family or friends

Applicants will need to provide supporting documentation, including proof of storm damage and a photo ID.

When reviewing an offer, it’s important to look at the complete picture, not just the purchase price.

✅ Financing – Is the buyer pre-approved, and what type of loan are they using?
