🎉 Yes, I'm talking about protein powder. And no, it's not just for the bodybuilders pumping iron in Venice Beach. It's for anyone who genuinely wants to see results and not just, you know, exist at the gym.
Here's why you should stop playing around and start using it:
💪Muscle Repair & Growth (Duh!): When you work out, you break down muscle. Protein helps build it back stronger and faster. If you're not giving your muscles the proper fuel, you're essentially just spinning your wheels. Don't be that person.

How I helped these two clients lose a combined 40 pounds of fat and 7 inches on their waist
This is Toni & Chuck
One is a busy mom the other a busy dad

Here is my step step formula:
Step 1: Calculate Calories & Macros
Many people don't understand how many calories they need daily to create a deficit and burn fat. You also need a protein-rich plan to maintain muscle and boost your metabolism. Simply seeing all these numbers and following a restrictive diet is unnecessary.

Step 2: Resistance Training
Most of you don't have a plan when you go to the gym; you just "work out." While there's nothing inherently wrong with that, it's not what consistently gets results. I design a resistance training program for my clients based on their fitness level, detailing which exercises to do and the appropriate volume and intensity needed to build muscle.

Step 3: Cardio
Most of us, myself included, either do too much or too little cardio. I design an easy-to-follow cardio program to burn extra calories and improve heart health. For most people, the focus should be on getting 7,000 to 10,000 steps per day, then incorporating moderately intense cardio on their off-training days.
