Above Edge 24. Tonya and I had a wonderful time. After a busy summer we were so glad to come out a few days early to “Relax” yes that’s a word.
Jim got us started off on Monday with a great introduction as we were all ready to.
Sales were a big topic with this seminar and after talking with several guys it gave them some great pointers And maybe the nudge to focus more on those areas Brett Morse , Jef Beckman, Nic Hower , to name a few. Great Sales Presentations from Jim O'Donnell, Daniel Holzberger, and Ron Wanda.
Hands on time was plentiful , and folks were able to spend time at and with multiple, vendors educators.
Clipper Blade demos and hands on was represented well with Zach Sturm The Edge Pro and Mitch Kingsland The Shop. I always pick up a tip or two and those guys are just great guys.

A couple of New Shears The F-4 ( very limited quantities ) and their new Crane handle shear is amazingly comfortable , Tessa Janeane Koenig and Lauren , is in the office at Above. She is the driving force in the office and keeps everything working behind the scenes.
I was able to share convexing techniques , corrugation ,serration our micro serration disc we sell has done real well and sure makes that task simple , hammering and bending techniques , All while My beautiful Tonya was able to handle effortlessly the sales at our booth.
Some new products The Edge pro has a new XL 1000 grit stone that thing is massive , user friendly UFO Tools. And a blade assembly jig/fixture , and we thought we didn’t need more tools 😆😆😆.
Alex has a new disc for doing the inside convex blade on curved shears. I went to try it out and they were always so busy , when I did get a chance , they were all sold. 😕😕 I’ll have to keep you updated on that.
We have a new Lighted SetBox it’s rechargeable 9 inches long to handle all the shears and has an adjustable base. Of course we sold all of em , with out getting a good picture , I’ll do a video soon ,
The camaraderie, knowledge ,and of course food was excellent. Spending time with friends and professionals, making memories and friends that will last forever
Hap stanley was our host for an authentic Japanese restaurant meal. Louie Gean Tonya Brooks , and I Were amazed Hap lived in Japan for 14 years and was very knowledgeable and helpful in our menu selections. Sooooo Good. 😊😊😊and , oh and we had a professional juggler Geoff Marsh oh man that was amazing and very entertaining ,
Our many thanks to all that stopped and said hello , so nice to put a face to the name ❤️
