My goal here is simple. Provide a template for you to put your own twist on some of your old favorites. So, have some fun with it and spread some love.

A special shout out to all of you that have asked over the years for me to do something like this. You've kept me excited about sharing my passion for cooking with you. You were the true inspiration behind this project. I started with a few of the most popular recipes and will be adding more down the road. (including some new ones)
