Thanks to Eddie Fury at Sanilac Broadcasting Company for having us on his show this morning to talk about the Choking Rescue Device Product Comparison Test we're conducting, presently through March 14, 2025. We still have slots open for volunteer product testers. All volunteers receive free training on the devices and the Heimlich Maneuver, still recommended as primary First Aid for choking [A.K.A. Foreign Body Airway Obstruction (FBAO)]. You can follow the link below to check out the show on SBC's page.

We're still looking for volunteers to help us test these devices! Volunteers receive training on the devices, as well as the traditional First Aid Technique for Choking Rescue, the Heimlich Maneuver.

If you have a group of people and a suitable location for testing to take place, we can even bring the test to you on a single day.

Volunteers still needed for our Choking Rescue Device Product Comparison Test in February. Contact us if interested. Volunteer Testers get free training on traditional choking rescue techniques as well as with the products being tested.

12/27/2024

We are planning to conduct a comparison test of several commercially available Choking Rescue Devices and are looking for volunteers to help us compare and rate the products. We plan to conduct the comparison between February 17th and February 28th in the Greater Michigan Thumb Area and are looking for people from all walks of life to take part. This is an unpaid volunteer opportunity but all volunteers will receive instruction on how to properly use, and extensive practice with, multiple commercially available choking rescue devices.
