On stress and worry, anxiety and fear VS calm, trust, peace, and confidence which comes in an instant by putting trust in divine activity, Holy Spirit and Divine Providence.

Jesus Calling: August 26th

Trust Me in the midst of a messy day. Your inner calm--your Peace in My Presence--need not be shaken by what is going on around you.
Though you live in this temporal world, your innermost being is rooted and grounded in eternity. When you start to feel stressed, detach yourself from the disturbances around you. Instead of desperately striving to maintain order and control in your little world, relax and remember that circumstances cannot touch My Peace.
Seek My Face, and I will share My mind with you, opening your eyes to see things from My perspective. Do not let your heart be troubled, and do not be afraid. The Peace I give is sufficient for you.

RELATED BIBLE SCRIPTURE:

John 16:33 (NLT)
33 I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.”

Additional insight regarding John 16:33: Jesus summed up all he had told them this night, tying together themes from John 14:27-29; John 16:1-4; and John 16:9-11. With these words he told his disciples to take courage.

In spite of the inevitable struggles they would face, they would not be alone. Jesus does not abandon us to our struggles either. If we remember that the ultimate victory has already been won, we can claim the peace of Christ in the most troublesome time.

Psalm 105:4 (NLT)
4 Search for the Lord and for his strength;
continually seek him.

Additional insight regarding Psalm 105:4-5: If God seems far away, persist in your search for him. God rewards those who sincerely look for him (Hebrews 11:6). Jesus promised "Every who seeks, finds" (Matthew 7:8).

The writer suggested a valuable way to find God - become familiar with the way he has helped his people in the past. The Bible records the history of God's people. In searching its pages we will discover a loving God who is waiting for us to find him.

John 14:27 (NLT)
27 “I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid.

Additional insight regarding John 14:27: The end result of the Holy Spirit's work in our lives is deep and lasting peace. Unlike worldly peace, which is usually defined as the absence of conflict, this peace is confident assurance in any circumstance; with Christ's peace, we have no need to fear the present or the future. Sin, fear, uncertainty, doubt and numerous other forces are at war within us.

The peace of God moves into our hearts and lives to restrain these hostile forces and offer comfort in place of conflict. Jesus says he will give us that peace if we are willing to accept it from him.

If your life is full of stress, allow the Holy Spirit to fill you with Christ's peace
see Philippians 4:6 for more on how to experience God's peace.”

The importance of innocence. Not the blissful ignorance kind of innocence — few have access to that for very long — but the kind of innocence that we can recover for ourselves which could describe as a “willingness to remain teachable.”
The kind that is a willingness to be led by what Is good and true.
This kind of wisdom of innocence is attainable!

Innocence is a gentle thing. But spiritually, it is much more powerful than evil. Let’s dig into what innocence really means in our journey of spiritual grow...

A very special book, read to you. Listen while you work or sleep.

Proverbs: 4:23-25.
"Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it. Keep your mouth free of perversity; keep corrupt talk far from your lips. Let your eyes look straight ahead; fix your gaze directly before you."

Philippians 4:8. "Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things."

April 2. “Everything that happens in the physical world is an effect and everything that happens in the spiritual world is a cause of such effects. Nothing happens in nature that does not have its cause in the spiritual realm.” – Divine Love and wisdom 134.

April 3. “Intellect and volition are our spiritual person.” – Heaven and Hell, 228

April 4. “We have two faculties for receiving life from the Lord. One is called will, and the other, intellect. These two faculties must constitute a single mind if we are to be truly human.” — Secrets of Heaven 9050.

April 5 The life of the will always comes first and the life of the intellect second.”
-– Secrets of Heaven 5969.

April 6 “People find it hard to distinguish between thought and will. When we want something, we say we think it, and when we think something, we often say we want it. Yet the two differ the way truth and goodness do.” — Secrets of Heaven 9995.

The intellect side influences the will side when truth turns into goodness. The will side influences the intellectual side when it puts this truth-turned-goodness into practice.
—Secrets of Heaven 5077.

April 7. “We need to realize that we are all our own will and our own intellect. This is how one person is differentiated from another.” —True Christianity 263.

“From all this three points emerge: that our life finds its home in our intellect: that the life is only as good as our wisdom; and that life is modified by the love in our will.”
— True Christianity 39

April 8 The desire for good (doing good because you love good) is really a matter of WILL. The desire for truth, though, (doing good because you love truth) is really a matter of intellect. At first glance, these two kinds of desire look as though they were the same, but they are inherently different, both in essence and in origin.
—Secrets of heaven, 1997.
