Another painful story. Another lost opportunity.

A brilliant Mobile Engineer just shared how he went through multiple interviews, passed every round, got a $150k job offer… only to have it withdrawn when the company realized he was based in Nigeria.

Sadly, this is not an isolated case. It’s a pattern. From a Senior Software Engineer losing a $260k CTO role, to countless Africans silently rejected - these barriers are systemic.
