IMPORTANT NEWS: Here is a statement from the Millard County Clerk's Office regarding delayed ballots.

IMPORTANT - 2025 General Election Notice for DELAYED Ballots:
For voters who reside within the boundaries of Delta City, Fillmore City, Hinckley and Kanosh ONLY.
Ballots are running very slowly reaching our mailboxes. We (the Clerk's Office) are working diligently with the printer company who mails our ballots for us to find out what the issue is. They've assured us that the ballots should be hitting mailboxes any day now. Nonetheless, we would highly encourage those of you who can, to vote in person, and NOT wait for your ballot to be mailed to you. We are offering early voting today through Friday, October 31, 2025, from 8am to 5pm at the Clerk's Office located at 765 S Hwy 99, Ste. 6 Fillmore and in Delta at the County Satellite Office (DMV) 71 S 200 W, Friday, October 24, Monday, October 27, Thursday, October 3 and Friday, October 31 from 10am to 2pm. These two vote centers will also be open from 7am to 8pm on Election Day, Tuesday, November 4, 2025.
If you want to wait for your ballot to be delivered to your mailbox, be sure to vote it early and return to the Clerk's Office or drop it in one of the provided ballot drop boxes before 8 pm on Election night (Tuesday, November 4, 2025). Whatever you may choose, due to the late delivery of the ballots, please do NOT mail your ballot back to the Clerk's Office. New laws are in effect that require all ballots be received in hand or in a drop box by 8 pm on Election Day, which means mailing your ballot back to our office, may result in it not being counted. To find a drop box visit: https://millardcounty.gov/faq/municipal-election-drop-box-locations-and-election-day-vote-centers/
Please reach out to the Clerk's Office 435-743-6223 with any questions or concerns.
