Lobby Day with Moms Demand Action in Denver, Colorado
Colorado has seen more than its share of gun violence and high profile incidents involving fi****ms. After our team saw Moms Demand Action at the Women’s March in Denver, we decided to follow them to the Colorado state capital where their volunteers met with state legislators to talk about common sense gun reform that can help save lives. This state chapter is growing rapidly as the calls for meaningful gun reform mount across the United States.
Here’s a short video that explains what the organization does, and how you can help. Today, students across the country will be walking out of school to protest our representatives inaction. They need our support, and so do our teachers! Your voice matters. This impacts us all and we encourage everyone to get involved.
