Back in Alaska with 🏔️🐾

This mountain pass was home for 3 months when he was just a puppy… and a decade later, he still seems just as happy here. Some places just stick with you. ❤️

Still got that golden retriever puppy energy, just in a bigger body now. 🐶

Nothing like your dog snoring mid–glacial river float in Alaska 😂🐶
had quite the day, train ride, hiking, icebergs, camping, and a 15-mile packraft adventure, and ended it completely knocked out. 🏔️❤️
This golden pup earned every bit of that sleep.

Living in a tent, exploring Alaska, and spending every day outdoors... I think is doing just fine. 🏔️🐕
The best part, though? That signature snort at the end. Every time I hear it, I’m reminded exactly how he earned the name Kicker Dog. 😂❤️

Kicker’s favorite part of any trip? Carrying his own pack like he’s got very important business to handle 😂🐾
Started him with a light load when he was around two, and now he’s always ready for the next adventure. Essentials only: snacks, water, first aid, leash, and of course the p**p bags. 🎒⛰️
