The old Daigles meat market in Welsh transformed to Parish Seafood. Worked at Daigles when I was I high school and so glad to see that location still making amazing food with that Cajun hospitality.

Shrimp and smoked sausage sauce piquant is a good ole stick to your ribs meal. Sides are black eye peas and that good ole Evangeline Maid bread. Fine meal indeed!
