Makes 14 years my beloved grandfather went to be with Lord Jesus. Today, we cooked a meal that he enjoyed so much! A famous Mississippi Delta dish we enjoyed so much as kids. This was also one of our Flemmons familys favorite dishes that my grandmother cooked often. Today we cooked Fried Catfish and Spaghetti (deer meat). Today we dedicate a fine Delta meal to a fine Delta man. Rest easy we love you ❤️ 🍻

We smoked some billion dollar chicken stuffed with parmesan cheese, cream cheese and wrapped it in bacon. The pasta dish is smoked Tasso and smoked mushroom cream sauce with angel hair pasta! Looking on YouTube for different dinner ideas we came across an Emeril Lagasse video of him making the pasta dish and we had to give it a run. We not known for pasta dishes here in Louisiana but AMAZING doesn’t even define how simple and great this dish was. We had some broccoli, cauliflower, and garlic bread for sides to make it a complete meal!

Found some turkey breast on sale and decided to smoke them up! Seasoned with our spicy blend seasoning and some fresh cracked black pepper. We injected it with our favorite marinade Lud's Sauce and wow it was the best turkey I think we have ever eaten. Sides with mustard greens, chicken rice and mashed tators. Fine groceries here!

Fried rabbit, with some smothered rabbit over rice had this house smelling awesome! Few sides to go with it and you GOTTA have that Evangeline Maid bread with any rice and gravy dish!
