Joyful & hopeful because places like exist.

Not only does Bethany + the team provide a welcoming, beautiful space for the Iowa Book Club to meet - they also recently took in this tiny kitten to keep as a shop cat 💛 her name is Page.

Today’s book club discussed “Abundance” by and Derek Thompson. We pondered what a future Iowa could look like if our leaders adopted an abundance mindset, and what’s getting in our way. There’s a lot of work to do, and it’s admittedly overwhelming. But the future we want and deserve is possible and worth the effort.

After our meeting, our crew took a collection of fresh veggies, cookies, and baked goods to a nearby community fridge to share with neighbors. Viva La abundance. 🌹
