If I wanted to lose 30+ pounds, this is what I would do.
1. Use a calorie counter to see how much I need to eat to be in a deficit
2. Use a calorie tracker to ensure I’m staying in a deficit
3. Strength training at least 3 times a week
4. Movement! Track your steps
5. Eat Whole Foods- do the 80/20 rule for balance
