Every single night this is how my kitchens look during the day it might be chaotic but what you have to realize we’re not just flipping burgers & dropping fries in the deep fryer everything is cooked from scratch on our trucks.

Ignore the dirty camera but this is how I leave it looking after a 12 hour shift of open to close. Goodnight 🫡
