কিছু বছর আগে, টেসলার সার্ভিস টিম হঠাৎ একজন কাস্টমারকে ফোন করে জানাল,
"আপনার গাড়ির সার্ভিস করানো আপাতত প্রয়োজন নেই। আপনার সব কিছু ঠিকঠাক চলছে।"

একজন গ্রাহক হিসেবে সেই ব্যক্তি অবাক। কারণ খরচ এবং মূল্যবান সময়—দুটোই বাঁচল।
তারা এই সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছিল ওই ব্যক্তির গাড়ির ডেটা বিশ্লেষণ করে।

এই ঘটনাটি আজ আরও প্রাসঙ্গিক।
