ESPN and some Cleveland media is acting like Dillon Gabriel had the better debut. Let’s not play these games.

➡️ Gabriel was given 90% match protection of possessions — basically training wheels football.
➡️ He got the first-team offense, clean setup to shine.
➡️ And still… man threw a pick-six, got sacked, rattled, confidence gone.

Meanwhile, Shedeur ain’t get none of that. No 1st team offense. No protection plan. Just pure pressure. And yet the media keeps migrating away from Gabriel’s mistakes while nitpicking everything Shedeur does.

Here’s the truth: Dillon ain’t even the real contest. The only QB in the conversation with Shedeur is Jaxson Dart. Period.

Andrew Berry knows it. Coach Prime raised him for this. You can’t compare a QB who’s being propped up with training wheels to one who’s been battle-tested.

You can’t compare a cheater to a winner. That's not gonna work in the NFL.

So every year, the NFL wanna paint the end zones with “End Racism” or “It Takes All of Us” like they’re the MLK of sports. But let’s keep it 100, who they talking to? Because if you look at the receipts… they talking about themselves.

They still don’t hire Black head coaches in real numbers. They quick to fine Black players for speaking up. And when a young Black QB like Shedeur Sanders puts up numbers in college, all the “experts” had him going first or second round… but somehow he slips to the 5th round at pick 144. Then he balls out in his preseason debut — 2 touchdowns, 0 picks — and still sits 4th on the Browns depth chart behind guys like Dillon Gabriel.

But sure, “End Racism” in the end zone. 🫠

That paint don’t hide the playbook. Until they live what they preach, it’s just decoration.
