JUST IN 🚨President Donald Trump’s administration says it will partially fund SNAP after court rulings required the program to keep running.

The USDA had planned to stop payments starting Nov. 1 because of the shutdown.
It’s unclear how much families will get or when funds will appear on their cards. Loading benefits can take up to two weeks in some states.
