🚨A man in his 20s was shot multiple times Wednesday afternoon in Romulus.

The shooting happened on Brandt Street near Pennsylvania Road, close to Middlebelt.

The victim was rushed to the hospital and is currently being treated for his injuries. The suspect fled the scene.

Multiple surrounding cities assisted Romulus police. The circumstances surrounding the shooting are unknown.
