This is a reason why you don't violate someone's constitutional rights in America. Public recording is not a crime and the citizens need to understand there is zero privacy in public. If the eyes can see it from public, you can record it. Fear of cameras is a recent phenomenon, no longer are the days of jumping in front of the camera to say Hi Mom instead of getting angry and assaulting the camera person.

I had to defend myself in Marine City this morning. They will be airing a segment on CBS News Detroit at 11pm est. Michigan is a stand your ground state, and this angry giant bee-lined aggressively at me & made zero attempt to get around me despite my pleas to get back. He knew he put fear in me and continued marching right at me. What do you think would have happened if I just stopped backing up at that point?
