The Dearborn “Glow” project will light up an entire city corner in Dearborn on Friday, Feb. 3, from approximately 7 to 10 p.m. when more than 2,000 glow sticks arranged in a pavilion design provide a creative, interactive, but temporary, visual experience for visitors.
